Charlotte began her career as a ground response officer, where her excellent interpersonal skills quickly set her apart. She progressed to ESSO Officer, and later to CCTV Controller, consistently showcasing her ability to balance professionalism with care. Today, Charlotte is the CCTV Administration Lead, overseeing all CCTV operations across the UK’s largest NHS Trust.
Her leadership has driven improvements in security systems, particularly in camera placement and access control protocols. These advancements have enhanced the safety and efficiency of the Trust’s operations for staff, patients and visitors.
Charlotte’s work goes beyond operational excellence. She actively promotes gender equality within healthcare security, encouraging female colleagues to develop their skills and progress their careers. Her achievements demonstrate the power of dedication, innovation and leadership.
