The GSTS Healthcare Branch are proud providers of security provisions to Manchester University Foundation Trust and East Lancashire Health Trust.

Our staff undergo Positive Behaviour Support training, grounded in the Restraint Reduction Network (RRN) model. This training has led to a significant reduction in restrictive interventions, with approximately 80% of violent situations resolved through effective verbal de-escalation techniques rather than physical intervention by our highly trained staff.
