Meet the Team: Andrew Hawkes, Supervisor
Andrew Hawkes GSTS Supervisor at Royal Blackburn Hospital ensures healthcare security. His role focuses on the safety of staff, patients and visitors. With 14 months of hospital experience, including 11 months as a supervisor, Andrew has developed expertise in managing Dynamic Observation Briefings (DOBs), risk assessments, incident reports and bed watch ESSOs.
