Outstanding Service Awards for January

Two officers working on the frontline of our NHS contracts have received Outstanding Service awards for January.

Leopold Kopelade: 

For consistently offering the highest standards of safety & patient focused service. Leopold ensures respect and patient care remains at the forefront of every request for assistance, even when presented with extremely difficult circumstances.

Nicole Waterhouse:

For showing full and uncompromising commitment to demonstrate the highest level of patient experience. Nicole`s above & beyond approach has been acknowledged on many occasions by her colleagues, NHS staff, patients and visitors.
