Decision-making course

Getting a decision wrong within the workplace can have a serious impact both in terms of lost opportunity or exposure to harm or risk. This course will explain the cognitive process of decision-making.
Implementing a structured approach to decision-making has many benefits and our model is based on that which is used by United Kingdom emergency services.
The diagrams below illustrate our approach.

The above decision-making model can be used at all levels of the organisation – strategic, operational and tactical – so it’s invaluable to every member of staff.
