The Armed Forces Reservists Policy sets out clear, fair and practical support for reservists before, during and after mobilisation. It ensures colleagues are supported throughout their service commitments. It also helps protect continuity of employment, wellbeing and a smooth return to work.

At GSTS, we recognise the value that ex-military personnel and reservists bring to the workplace. Their experience includes leadership, resilience, professionalism and integrity. Together, these qualities strengthen our teams and the service we provide to clients. They also align closely with the GSTS values and help maintain high standards across the business.

In addition, the introduction of the Armed Forces Reservists Policy provides greater clarity for both employees and managers. It supports open communication, consistent processes and a positive working environment. As a result, colleagues who balance civilian careers with service to the country can feel better supported.
