Outstanding teamwork recognised at MFT with Diamond Award
We’re proud to share that the GSTS security team, working with the POU clinical teams at Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (MFT), received the WTWA Diamond Award in the We Are Inclusive category.
This award recognises the care, compassion and collaboration shown by our officers. They work closely with clinical staff to deliver high standards of safety and patient care. Often, they do so under pressure and in challenging conditions.
This recognition builds on a year of well-deserved praise for the team. More importantly, it reflects the trust, respect and teamwork that underpin our long-standing partnership with MFT.
Gareth Conlon, Director at GSTS, said:
“I’m immensely proud of the team across the contract for their relentless commitment to safety and security. The evolution of healthcare security demands that we remain dynamic, innovative and always focused on improvement. This award is a true reflection of the amazing work our valued frontline officers deliver every single day.”
In addition, we’re grateful to the MFT NHS Violence Prevention and Reduction Team for their continued collaboration. Their support helps us deliver a safer service for patients, staff and visitors.
At GSTS, we provide healthcare security services rooted in experience, communication and care. As a result, this award reminds us what can be achieved through teamwork. Moreover, it highlights the shared values that connect frontline officers and healthcare professionals alike.
Congratulations to everyone involved. This recognition is well deserved and reflects the best of what we do.
