GSTS provides a dedicated Community Welfare Response Service to support mental health trusts in locating and engaging patients who have left healthcare settings where there is no policing requirement. Working alongside clinical teams, we deliver timely, professional welfare visits that improve patient safety while supporting the principles of Right Care, Right Person – reducing unnecessary demand on police resources and giving trusts a rapid, professional response they can rely on.
