Business Development Manager – Security

About the role

GSTS is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to grow and promote our security services across the North West. You will generate leads, secure contracts and build long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the security sector
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Work with management to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Research market trends and opportunities

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or sales in the security industry
  • A proven track record of winning contracts and driving growth
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
