A two-day course

A brief description

A unique program which is tailored to all levels of leadership. Our rationale being, that too much leadership development is theoretical, practical leadership training is limited, not particularly challenging and doesn’t readily correlate to role and often no there is little or no connection between development programs to workplace progression.

This immersive and practical program is designed to place delegates in unfamiliar territory, to explore a range of skills and apply them in dynamic and challenging situations.

Our overall aim is to grow the confidence in individuals to lead effectively.

Example scenarios include:

– Managing serious crime investigations

– Responding to a major incident

– Leading a covert operation

– Responding to a humanitarian crisis

Rate per delegate (Minimum 10 per/ max 16 per program)
